2025 OSBA Resources for Candidates This publication refers to the Ohio Elections Commission. Effective Jan. 1, 2026, the Ohio Elections Commission was replaced by the Ohio Election Integrity Commission within the Office of the Secretary of State (SOS). More information about that change and how it will affect enforcement of campaign finance laws, administration of complaints, and advice related to elections, is available in this FAQ document on the commission's website. |
